Malaysian National Championships

The Squibs at Selangor are going from strength. The Penninsular Sailing Club fleet now stands at 16 boats in commission with two more imminent arivals and with nine nationalities represented amongst the owners this is very likely to be the most cosmopolitan Squib event in 2024.

Pulau Indah’s clean water and wide rivers will provide the perfect backdrop to the event. The majority of the racing program is planned to take place right in front of the club house, providing spectators with an excellent view, whilst the long distance races will take competitors out into the open water of the Melaka Straits.  Competitors can expect three days of well-organised, competitive One Design Racing with light but steady winds and an interesting social program.
