Howth Yacht Club

The future certainly looks bright for the Squib class in Howth  In addition to many long-serving and committeed Squib owners, this is the ideal boat for new sailors to take the first step in helming/ boat ownership and enjoy some excellent club racing and social sailing. The waters off Howth are second to none and easily accessed from the Club and harbour

All Squib sailors are warmly welcomed and the past few season have witnessed  a timely re-building of the Squib fleet in Howth. Especially so as the Squib was the class that started the Autumn League when it was initiated in Howth in 1979 and has been one of the backbones of the club through several decades.
