South Caernarvonshire Yacht Club (SCYC)

SCYC is proud to play host to a wide variety of sailboat fleets/classes and other boats who flock to the picturesque and sheltered waters of Cardigan Bay, either to enjoy cruising or partake in our competitive racing calendar which typically runs from April – October.

SCYC has one of the strongest racing Squib fleets in the UK and the Club fleet numbers approximately 25 boats. The class also has the largest racing programme within SCYC.

As well as having been a popular host club to numerous Squib National Championship weeks over the years, SCYC holds a dedicated week of Squib racing every August to which visiting Squibs are always welcome.
