Kinsale YC, County Cork

Kinsale Yacht Club located in Kinsale, County Cork lies just 120 nautical miles from Wales, 240 from North West France and only 500 from the Galician Coast of North Spain. Most significantly it is only 30 km by road from Cork, Ireland’s second city.

The Squib is ideally suited to Kinsale  and the keen Squib fleet always enjoys a long season of great racing and other recreational sailing. New members are always made welcome and there is long tradition of support afloat and ashore.

Kinsale is a popular championship venue for the Squib Class, most recently hosting the 2022 combined Open and Irish National Championships.
